Rosita is a passionate student journalist dedicated to making a difference in her community. Inspired by a professor’s encouragement, she took the initiative to start a newspaper in Chowchilla, a place she recognized as a news desert. Her mission is to support the community by giving the people of Chowchilla a voice and a platform to share their stories.

Beyond reporting the news, Rosita’s dedication to journalism extends to fostering a sense of community and ensuring that everyone has access to important information. Her newspaper aims to highlight local events, address community concerns, and celebrate the unique stories of Chowchilla’s residents.

When she’s not busy reporting, Rosita enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, and exploring the streets of Chowchilla, taking in the sights and sounds of the town she loves.
